- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to stand outdoors for prolonged periods
- Ability to handle stressful situations with tact
- Possession of Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) with willingness to obtain if not already held

Job Duties
- Connecting, responding, and impressing the customer through their prompt service and professional manner
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Assisting guests with directions and any other requests
- Having knowledge of the location and local areas of interest and activities
- Maintaining a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Addressing stressful situations with clients with dignity, tact, and politeness
- Working a rotating weekend schedule during the Carnival cruise season
