Job Requirements

Ability to work Monday through Friday shifts
Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must comply with Federal Express Corporation policies
Ability to work fast paced environment

Willingness to adhere to safety regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or physical labor experience helpful
Ability to perform manual lifting and repetitive tasks
Good communication skills for coordinating with team
Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time and part-time shifts
Basic understanding of safety protocols in warehouse settings
Willingness to participate in training and career development programs

Job Duties

Perform fast paced and physical warehouse work
Load, unload, and sort packages of various sizes
Work one shift a day for part-time or two shifts for full-time employees
Adhere to shift lengths which vary based on package volume
Work overtime as needed after 40 hours per week
Maintain safety standards during all warehouse operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure package accuracy and timely processing
