Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift packages regularly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work assigned shifts (Monday through Friday 1pm-8pm or weekend 12pm-4pm)
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
  • Professional appearance and dress code adherence

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Team oriented but able to work independently
  • Demonstrate tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Efficient with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 2013 and above
  • Knowledge of Building Link or Key Link is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain an excellent customer service relationship by adhering to the Capitol Concierge Inc. standards
  • Adhere to the CCI Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure the lobby, entry ways, and front desk is clean and organized at all times
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, cleaning glass doors, sweeping entryways
  • Maintain community refreshment areas including coffee, water, and continental breakfast
  • Answer telephone calls, provide information, forward calls, and take messages
  • Routinely inspect community amenity areas for trash, cleanliness, and lighting
  • Sign for deliveries and packages and track them on the community Package Log
  • Distribute and assist residents with packages
  • Accept service requests from residents and log them appropriately
  • Ensure all apartment keys are accounted for and secure during shifts per Access Management standards
  • Issue keys to residents or associates when necessary
  • Monitor visitor parking areas and issue parking passes if applicable
  • Receive and distribute dry cleaning to residents if applicable
  • Track, monitor and inspect amenity areas when rented by residents
  • Handle noise complaints presented by residents after normal leasing office business hours
  • Contact emergency services in the event of fire or other incidents requiring fire, medical, or police attention
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
