Job Requirements
- At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including morning, evening, weekends and holidays
- Strong service attitude with a willingness to learn
- Positive, upbeat disposition
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
Job Duties
- Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
- Fold napkins for all meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
- Restock condiments
- Clean unexpected spills and respond to special guest requests
- Report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately
