Job Requirements
- At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience, or willingness to be trained
- positive and upbeat personality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and carry moderate weights

- commitment to exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional guest service
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
Job Duties
- Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
- fold napkins and restock condiments to maintain adequate supplies
- clean unexpected spills and assist with special guest requests
- report any suspicious persons or activities to supervisor immediately
