- Be a self-starter

- excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
- agree to use your personal smartphone device with company app
- stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs unassisted
- workdays may start as early as 9:30am and end as late as 6pm
- must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- have reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
- work sites will be within 25 miles from your home

Job Duties
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
- welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service
- demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
- gathering details and taking diligent notes
- delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
