Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly
- willingness to stand and walk for entire 10-hour shift
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons
- previous experience in food production mixer is an advantage
- strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- previous food production mixer experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow recipes and measurements in English
- able to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
- able to work additional hours including weekends during peak seasons
- physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- comfortable working around moving conveyors
- attention to detail and reliability
Job Duties
- operate mixing machines according to safety and quality standards
- measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes
- complete and file lot sheets to document production details
- clean and maintain equipment, tables, scales, and utensils
- monitor lot codes and expiration dates for all ingredients
- follow instructions from line leads, QA, and management
- work safely around moving conveyors
