  • equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • basic proficiency with store equipment
  • adherence to safety regulations
  • reliable transportation
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in customer service or retail merchandising preferred
  • ability to read and interpret planograms and plantograms
  • familiarity with operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
  • basic computer skills for using store equipment

Job Duties

  • Provide SMART customer service at all times
  • build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet specifications
  • collaborate with merchandising teams and managers to communicate project priorities
  • analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution
  • engage with customers to assist with locating and handling merchandise
  • maintain and update pricing labels and signage
  • operate power equipment and perform merchandising tasks according to planograms
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store
  • detect and report security risks
  • complete and enter details for merchandise reset and maintenance tasks
  • perform additional duties as assigned
