Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in customer service or retail merchandising preferred
- ability to read and interpret planograms and plantograms
- familiarity with operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- basic computer skills for using store equipment
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service at all times
- build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet specifications
- collaborate with merchandising teams and managers to communicate project priorities
- analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution
- engage with customers to assist with locating and handling merchandise
- maintain and update pricing labels and signage
- operate power equipment and perform merchandising tasks according to planograms
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store
- detect and report security risks
- complete and enter details for merchandise reset and maintenance tasks
- perform additional duties as assigned
