Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience, ability to follow safety requirements and protocols, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors, physical ability to perform merchandising tasks including lifting and operating equipment, attention to detail for pricing and signage accuracy, proactive customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, 6 months of Lowe’s sales floor experience preferred, 6 months of product merchandising experience including reading planograms and setting up displays preferred, 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers preferred
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service at all times through daily execution of Lowe’s customer service policies, build relationships with vendors by providing direction and ensuring merchandise resets are completed per specifications, collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs, analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders, engage with customers to understand their needs and assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise, maintain product displays including replacing damaged items and ensuring pricing labels are accurate, ensure store cleanliness and safety by following housekeeping standards and conducting safety reviews, operate store equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and surveillance systems as needed, monitor for security risks and promptly communicate issues to management, maintain point-of-sale signage including activating price changes
