Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Six months of Lowe's sales floor experience preferred
- Six months experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms preferred
- Three months experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers preferred
Job Duties
- Provides SMART customer service through execution of Lowe's policies, procedures and programs
- Builds relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets meet specifications
- Collaborates with Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities, schedules, and needs
- Analyzes metrics and provides feedback on project and in-store service
- Engages with customers to understand needs and assist with locating, selecting and loading merchandise
- Moves or replaces stock, builds and displays products per reset and project instructions
- Identifies and removes damaged products and manages buyback items for shipping
- Maintains and updates signage, pricing labels, and digital location information
- Ensures product placement to drive add-on sales and coordinates clearance merchandise staging
- Maintains clean, safe store environment, performs repairs, removes trash, and reports maintenance issues
- Detects and reports security risks and shoplifting
- Operates store equipment as needed
- Audits and updates pricing labels according to state guidelines
