Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid COLORADO driver’s license required
  • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in retail stocking or merchandising is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to utilize technology and applications for inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
  • Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
  • Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
  • Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
  • Utilize technology and applications throughout the day
  • Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
  • Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
  • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
