Job Duties

  • Develop relationships with season ticket members and be their main point of contact
  • interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service
  • implementing and executing a touch point plan designed for the membership experience team
  • assist with renewal process for members and aid in upsell opportunities by sharing new offerings and exclusive areas they will want to be a part of
  • achieve a personal sales goal through relationship building, upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
  • assist members with any service-related needs, ticket exchanges, additional tickets, etc
  • assist with planning and coordinating membership events such as pre-season parties, batting practices, holiday events, movie nights, networking events, watch parties, trips, etc
  • communicate membership information, updates and reminders to all members
  • reach out to accounts that rent suites to handle their catering needs for Comets games
