Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license
  • Ability to perform physical labor
  • Availability to work up to 67 days per calendar year or up to 100 days for eligible student seasonal employees
  • Ability to follow safety procedures
  • Commitment to providing a high quality visitor experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required
  • Previous experience in park or grounds maintenance is a plus
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Perform park maintenance tasks to ensure a safe visitor experience
  • Maintain the golf course grounds including turf and landscaping
  • Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
  • Assist in the upkeep of facilities to maintain high standards
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities
  • Support team members in completing daily maintenance objectives
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
