Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Availability to work up to 67 days per calendar year or up to 100 days for eligible student seasonal employees
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Commitment to providing a high quality visitor experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required
- Previous experience in park or grounds maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Perform park maintenance tasks to ensure a safe visitor experience
- Maintain the golf course grounds including turf and landscaping
- Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely
- Assist in the upkeep of facilities to maintain high standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance activities
- Support team members in completing daily maintenance objectives
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
