- preferred one year of customer service or similar work experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain professionalism in interactions with diverse groups
- basic computer skills for logging and reporting
Job Duties
- only allow access to the employee parking lot to those displaying proper credentials per vehicle
- contact the manager on duty and landside operations for credential check failures or unauthorized parking
- call the computer room for assistance requests such as gas, fuel, air, or vehicle location
- coordinate with landside operations for Pop A Lock or Tow services ensuring service providers wait outside entry lanes for escort
- record detailed information on daily log accurately and legibly
- maintain awareness of surroundings and report suspicious activities, medical or crime emergencies immediately to communication center and computer room
- alert the manager on duty if notified that parking lots are full
- follow safety precautions at all times
