- Customer service or similar work experience preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally and interact with diverse individuals
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate logs
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Only allow access to the employee parking lot to those displaying proper credentials per vehicle
- Contact the manager on duty and landside operations for any individual who fails credential checks
- Call computer room to assist employees with gas, fuel, air, or vehicle location
- Contact landside for Pop A Lock or tow services and ensure proper escort
- Record detailed information on daily logs
- Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activities or emergencies
- Follow safety precautions at all times
