flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to perform the accountabilities listed in the duties section
ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
ability to comply with dress code requirements
basic math and reading skills
legible handwriting
basic computer operation
ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance
ability to wear personal protective equipment
ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures and elements
must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and over 50 lbs. occasionally with a two-person lift
ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull frequently
ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
ability to comply with health and safety standards

Job Duties

clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team
support operations team with receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
