Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Able to perform cleaning tasks following safety guidelines
- Able to complete training for chemical and equipment use
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
- No prior retail experience required

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
