Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
- vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns
- handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
