Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, guests, and owners
  • ability to work independently while following instructions
  • professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns
  • handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
