Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • some college preferred
  • previous restaurant experience
  • ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills
  • reservation software experience preferred
  • prior experience working in a private club or upscale dining room preferred
  • organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • patient and even-tempered
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • active listening skills

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival
  • walk and seat guests with menus
  • manage reservation system and waitlist
  • monitor and update table status using the floor plan
  • communicate special needs to management
  • ensure adherence to health and cleaning standards
  • complete side work and maintain dining area cleanliness
