Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- aware and creative contributor
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- friendly and outgoing personality
- knowledge of reservation management systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- memorize table and seat numbers
- greet members with a friendly welcome and acknowledge them by name
- communicate member needs and requests to the MOD or server
- strategically sit members at tables to keep server rotation even and spread out
- update the manager-on-duty about status of tables and reservations
- uphold cleaning standards in reception area
- help to clear and reset tables in busy times
- perform opening and closing duties and assists with room resets as needed
