- Must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- aware and creative contributor

- excellent communication skills
- friendly and professional demeanor
- prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- memorize table and seat numbers
- greet members with a friendly welcome and acknowledge them by name
- communicate member needs and requests to the manager on duty or server
- strategically seat members at tables to keep server rotation even and spread out
- update the manager on duty about status of tables and reservations
- uphold cleaning standards in reception area
- help to clear and reset tables during busy times
- perform opening and closing duties and assist with room resets as needed
