Job Requirements

  • Available for mandatory pre-season training
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
  • High school diploma
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
  • Photography experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in cash handling and sales transactions
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Respond to business calls and emails promptly
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture and oversee cash handling procedures
  • Verify daily bank deposits and financial paperwork
  • Coach and develop team members to maximize revenue and provide world-class guest service
  • Establish and maintain vendor relations
  • Partner with host venue to support smooth operations
  • Address and resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure preseason setup, breakdown, and equipment security
  • Perform other duties as assigned
