Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma required
- previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
- photography experience preferred
- excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- professional attire and good hygiene
- strong leadership and team development skills
- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
- determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
- ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
- create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and maximizing sales potential
- verify daily bank deposits to district manager, confirming bank deposit and credit card slips with financial paperwork
- coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
- establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
- partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
- address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
- ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at the location
- perform other duties as required or assigned as detailed in employment agreement
