Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma required
  • previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
  • photography experience preferred
  • excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • professional attire and good hygiene
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
  • manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
  • determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
  • ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
  • create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and maximizing sales potential
  • verify daily bank deposits to district manager, confirming bank deposit and credit card slips with financial paperwork
  • coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
  • establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
  • partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
  • address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
  • ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at the location
  • perform other duties as required or assigned as detailed in employment agreement
