Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma
  • Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
  • Photography experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-25 pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed

  • Photography experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to handle cash transactions

Job Duties

  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure locations are staffed successfully
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Respond to all business calls or emails timely
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture ensuring proper cash handling and maximizing sales to meet targets
  • Verify daily bank deposits with financial paperwork
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service
  • Establish and maintain positive vendor relations
  • Partner with host venue to support efficient operations focusing on guest service and profitability
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal experiences
  • Ensure accurate preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned in employment agreement
