Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
- Photography experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 10-25 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed

Job Duties
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure locations are staffed successfully
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- Respond to all business calls or emails timely
- Create and reinforce a sales culture ensuring proper cash handling and maximizing sales to meet targets
- Verify daily bank deposits with financial paperwork
- Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service
- Establish and maintain positive vendor relations
- Partner with host venue to support efficient operations focusing on guest service and profitability
- Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal experiences
- Ensure accurate preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned in employment agreement
