Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma required
- Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
- Photography experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
Job Duties
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
- Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets
- Verify daily bank deposits to district manager, confirming bank deposit and credit card slips with financial paperwork
- Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
- Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
- Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
- Ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location
- Perform other duties as required and assigned in Employment Agreement
