Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- high school diploma required
- previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred
- photography experience preferred
- ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- professional attire and good hygiene
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
- determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
- ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- respond to all business calls or emails in a timely manner
- create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential and ensure proper cash handling procedures
- verify daily bank deposits, confirming bank deposit and credit card slips with financial paperwork
- coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce costs and provide world class guest service
- establish and maintain positive vendor relations with staff at all locations
- partner with host venue to support seamless, efficient operations focused on guest service and profitability
- address and resolve customer concerns or service failures to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
- ensure accurate and timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at the location
- perform other duties as assigned
