Job Duties
- Assist serving team with anything they may need that aligns with job related duties
- be responsible for clearing, cleaning and setting up tables with all guest needs
- connect with guests and provide anticipatory service to meet their needs
- stock all restaurant equipment
- assist servers during meal periods and expedite orders during busy hours
- ensure reach-in cooler is clean and organized
- dust all tables including table legs
- check off and pick up storeroom supplies
- ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications
- perform station set-up
- perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
