Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage up to 75 lbs for extended periods
  • Strong communication and guest-service skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Must be available weekends and holidays during the season

Job Duties

  • Welcome all guests entering the property with genuine hospitality and professional communication
  • Provide luggage assistance, room deliveries, amenity deliveries, and storage services
  • Safely and efficiently valet guest vehicles
  • retrieve vehicles promptly upon request
  • Maintain accurate tracking of valet tickets, vehicle locations, and guest items
  • Assist with transportation needs, directions, resort information, and activity recommendations
  • Keep driveway, bell desk, and storage areas organized, clean, and fully stocked
  • Support shuttle or resort vehicle operations as needed
  • Respond to guest concerns quickly and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate
  • Adhere to all safety, driving, and company procedures
  • Perform additional tasks to support the Guest Services team and overall resort operations
