Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move luggage up to 75 lbs for extended periods
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests entering the property with genuine hospitality and professional communication
- Provide luggage assistance, room deliveries, amenity deliveries, and storage services
- Safely and efficiently valet guest vehicles
- retrieve vehicles promptly upon request
- Maintain accurate tracking of valet tickets, vehicle locations, and guest items
- Assist with transportation needs, directions, resort information, and activity recommendations
- Keep driveway, bell desk, and storage areas organized, clean, and fully stocked
- Support shuttle or resort vehicle operations as needed
- Respond to guest concerns quickly and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate
- Adhere to all safety, driving, and company procedures
- Perform additional tasks to support the Guest Services team and overall resort operations
