Job Requirements
- at least 6 months experience in customer service or related roles
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in noisy and confined spaces
- self-motivated and dependable
- flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year experience in ticketing, admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service
- strong communication and listening skills

Job Duties
- welcome guests with a friendly and outgoing attitude
- assist guests with ticket scanning and admissions
- serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and admissions areas
- promote merchandise, snacks, and upgrade options to guests
- manage crowd flow and address guest questions or concerns
- adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations
