Job Requirements

  • at least 6 months experience in customer service or related roles
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in noisy and confined spaces
  • self-motivated and dependable
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in ticketing, admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service
  • strong communication and listening skills
  • fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
  • ability to work well independently and in a team
  • good problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • welcome guests with a friendly and outgoing attitude
  • assist guests with ticket scanning and admissions
  • serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and admissions areas
  • promote merchandise, snacks, and upgrade options to guests
  • manage crowd flow and address guest questions or concerns
  • adhere to health, safety, and food handling regulations
