Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Ability to frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable attendance
Ability to accurately handle cash register operations

Job Qualifications

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Experience in retail or customer service preferred
Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties

Greet and service guests while completing workload with minimal guest disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signage is set accurately
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support guest services with cashiering, order pick up (OPU) and Drive Up (DU) where applicable
