Job Requirements

- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely
- Must be able to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome and engage guests while exceeding service expectations
- Ensure merchandise is set, in-stock, and accurately priced on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly tasks to support business priorities and sales goals
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions
- Climb ladders and safely handle merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Resolve guest questions promptly and maintain a positive store environment
