Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome and engage guests by exceeding their service expectations and addressing their needs promptly
- Ensure merchandise is set, stocked, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent and appealing shopping experience
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting items up to 40 pounds
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet store and sales goals
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and follow multi-step operational processes
