Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology for sales and inventory processes
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling merchandising
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through engagement and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb ladders safely to stock and organize merchandise
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Adapt to current technology and resolve guest questions promptly
