- Familiarity with merchandising and inventory practices
Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling
- Present compelling visual merchandising displays to inspire guests
- Welcome and engage guests to exceed service expectations
- Resolve guest questions quickly and effectively
- Stock, set, and maintain merchandise on sales floor
- Ensure products are accurately priced, signed, and in-stock
- Operate cash register accurately and handle transactions
- Climb ladders safely to manage merchandise
- Support team operations during peak hours
- Follow multi-step processes with attention to detail
- Adapt to technology used in retail operations
