Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Support daily and weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Stock, scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
