Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome guests, exceed service expectations, and engage in guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are stocked, in-stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb ladders safely for stocking and merchandising
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Support a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
