Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Basic technology proficiency
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support daily and weekly workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders safely to stock and set merchandise
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
