Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and quick resolution of questions
- Ensure product is set up, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on sales floor
- Support department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Handle, scan, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds
