Job Requirements

- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Capability to climb ladders

- Retail or customer service experience is beneficial

Job Duties
- Provide tailored guest recommendations through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome guests and exceed service expectations focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are stocked, set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Climb ladders to arrange and maintain merchandise
- Resolve guest questions and issues quickly on the spot
