Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome and engage guests, exceeding guest service expectations
- Maintain product availability by ensuring items are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently on the sales floor
- Operate cash register accurately and handle transactions
- Safely move and stock merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds
