Job Requirements

- Ability to operate cash registers accurately
- Capability to climb ladders safely
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest expectations
- Engage in active selling and visual merchandising to inspire guests and increase sales
- Ensure product is stocked, set, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Resolve guest questions quickly and effectively on the spot
- Climb ladders and safely handle merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Collaborate with team members to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
