Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions through active selling
- Deliver compelling visual merchandising presentations to inspire guests and build sales
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations focusing on interaction and service recovery
- Maintain product presentation ensuring items are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed
- Execute daily and weekly workload tasks to support business priorities and sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently
- Safely move, scan, and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 40 pounds
