Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology and point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome and exceed guest service expectations focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Climb up and down ladders as needed
