Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Support guest recovery and resolve guest questions quickly
- Execute daily and weekly workload to meet sales goals
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb ladders and safely move merchandise up to 40 pounds
