Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology tools

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling
- Create compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests
- Welcome and thank guests while exceeding service expectations
- Maintain consistent product set, stock levels, pricing accuracy, and signage on the sales floor
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Safely scan, handle, and move merchandise including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
