Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and lifting merchandise
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic proficiency in operating cash registers and handling money
- Demonstrated welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Suitable work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service and actively engage with customers on the sales floor
- Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the store
- Stock merchandise efficiently and ensure products are well presented
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store priorities
- Adapt to use of current technology for inventory and sales processes
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
