Job Duties
- Provide tailored sales suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising
- Welcome guests and exceed service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Maintain product set, ensure items are in-stock, accurately priced, and properly signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and achieve sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Safely scan, handle, and move merchandise including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Climb up and down ladders to stock shelves and organize products
