Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Support department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Safely move and stock merchandise, including frequently lifting up to 40 pounds
