Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to climb ladders safely
- Capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude toward guests and team members
- Basic math skills for cash register operations
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests
- Maintain merchandise accuracy and stock levels on the sales floor
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist guests with questions and resolve issues promptly
- Follow safety procedures when handling merchandise and climbing ladders
- Support team efforts by working independently and collaboratively
- Adhere to store policies and complete daily workload efficiently
