Job Requirements

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn Target's technology
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise safely
Job Duties
- Provide tailored product suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising
- Welcome and engage guests to exceed service expectations and handle guest recovery
- Maintain merchandise operations by setting, stocking, accurately pricing, and signing product on the sales floor
- Efficiently execute daily and weekly business priorities to meet sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately and responsibly
- Climb ladders safely and manage merchandise movements including lifting up to 40 pounds
- Adapt to technology needs and resolve guest questions quickly and effectively
